Description:
This position will Assist HR department in carrying out various programs and procedures for all company employees. Work hours will be M-F 8-5 or 8- 4:30. Will need to maintain HR information System records and compiles reports from database as needed, as well as, answering employee requests and questions. Responsible for enrolling all new and current employees in benefits program, and provide accuate eligibility information to employees and vendors. Enroll and update Ceridian database with new and changing information; ensures accuracy and integrity of information (i.e. Life status changes). Assist and process new hire orientations and compile payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, insurance, and 401(k) deductions.
Will be responsible for scheduling company activities by reserving food, facilities, etc. with local companies.

Job
Requirements:
Will need to have the confidence to effectively handle interpersonal relationships and sensitive HR issues.
Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college, or equivalent experience.
Experience in Excel and other MS Office products.
Data entry experience on HR/Payroll systems.
2-3 years payroll experience
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year customer service experience
